The Dark Knight Rises Marketing


The dark knight rises (Batman) movie was released in 2012, who was produced by the Warner Brothers company and had a large marketing campaign, they advertised their movie in many different ways. Their main one was poster there were posters created and posters on billboards, sub ways side of buses all around the world. They used 3D posters making them look effective making people think well if the posters are this good then they are engaged in seeing the movie.  They used ways such as a popular energy drink called “mount dew” they put codes on their products making people go online looking for other codes to unlock more secrets about dark knight rises. A map was created which showed people the location where the dark knight rises would be shown in IMAX, showing people where to go and getting the audience excited. They also released the trailer of the movie to finish off the marketing of the movie showing people will be going to look for.
